Welcome to Marine MEO Mastery by Kevin (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website https://www.kevinincomestreams.com/ and purchasing any study pack, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1) Products & Delivery

  • We sell digital exam‑ready study packs (e.g., video modules, revision sheets, curated Q&A).

  • Delivery is digital only. After payment confirmation, we share the OneDrive access link via WhatsApp (and/or email if required).

2) Payments

  • Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment instructions are shared via WhatsApp. Your purchase is confirmed once payment is verified.

3) No Refunds After Link Is Shared

  • Because this is digital content, no refunds or cancellations are possible once the OneDrive access link has been shared.

  • If you made a duplicate payment or did not receive the link due to a technical issue, contact us and we will help resolve it.

4) Personal Use License (No Sharing)

All content is provided for personal use only. You may not:

  • share, forward, resell, upload, or distribute the content or links,

  • record/reproduce the content for public or commercial use,

  • provide access to others (including batchmates/friends).

We may revoke access if misuse is detected.

5) Educational Disclaimer

  • Our study packs are educational resources created from practical experience and exam patterns.

  • We are not affiliated with IMO, DG Shipping, or any official examining authority.

  • We do not guarantee any specific exam result; outcomes depend on individual preparation.

6) Updates & Changes

We may update or improve our study packs (for example, to reflect amendments, corrections, or clearer explanations).

  • Your purchase includes updates for 1 year from the date the access link is shared.

  • After 1 year, you can contact us on WhatsApp/email to extend access to updates (extension may be free or paid depending on the pack and update scope).

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or digital content.

8) Third‑Party Services

We use third‑party services such as Wix, WhatsApp, and Microsoft OneDrive for website hosting, communication, and delivery. Their terms may also apply.
