Refund Policy

At Marine MEO Mastery by Kevin, we sell digital exam‑ready study packs delivered via OneDrive link shared on WhatsApp after payment confirmation.

1) Digital Products (No Returns)

All our products are digital content. Because digital content can be accessed immediately, we do not offer returns or cancellations.

2) No Refunds After Link Is Shared

Once the OneDrive access link has been shared, the order is considered delivered and no refunds will be provided.

3) Exceptions (When We Will Help)

We will resolve issues in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same study pack.

  • Link not delivered after successful payment confirmation.

  • Wrong link / access issue (we will resend or fix access).

  • File corruption / technical issue preventing access (we will provide a working link).

In these cases, we may provide a replacement link/access instead of a refund.
