Welcome to Kevin – Financial Education. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, training modules, and services. By purchasing or accessing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Products & Access

• Our modules consist of video lectures and supporting slides.

• Access to each module is time-limited (usually 7 days from purchase).

• Videos are streaming-only; downloads are not permitted.

• Slides may be viewable online during the access period. Permanent download rights are not included unless explicitly stated.

2. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Gumroad, Instamojo, or other listed payment gateways.

• Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated.

• Once payment is confirmed, access will be granted immediately.

3. No Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued once access to the module has been provided.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share, copy, record, or redistribute the videos or slides.

• Sell or resell access to our modules.

• Circumvent access limits or misuse login links.

• Violate any applicable IMO/educational guidelines by misrepresenting content ownership.

Any breach may result in termination of access without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content (videos, slides, text, graphics, logos) remains the intellectual property of Kevin – Financial Education.

• Unauthorized use of our materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Third-Party Links

• Some modules may reference IMO conventions or external resources.

• We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party sites.

7. HATC Support & Referrals

• We acknowledge the support of HATC in our teaching journey.

• If you choose to join HATC training via our referral code, your details may be shared with HATC for registration and tracking purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We provide educational content to support exam preparation and professional learning.

• We do not guarantee exam results, job placement, or official recognition beyond the learning value provided.

• Use of our modules is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
